The attack involved multiple air raids targeting residential buildings, described as “unprecedented,” with reports of children among the casualties. Since Israel intensified its bombing campaign on Monday, over 700 people have been killed across Lebanon.

Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa addressed the UN Security Council, labeling Israel as “a rogue state” that must be held accountable for the “crimes” committed in Gaza, the occupied West Bank, and against the Lebanese population.

In Gaza, at least 41,586 people have been killed and 96,210 injured due to Israel’s ongoing military operations. In Israel, at least 1,139 have died in the Hamas-led attacks on October 7, with over 200 individuals reported as captives.
