Oscar Nominations 2022 – Full List of Nominees

The nominations for the 94th Academy Awards were reported Tuesday and included films for a wide scope of genres.

“The Power of the Dog” drove among designated films with 12 gestures. The show’s chief, Jane Campion, left a mark on the world by turning into the first lady to be nominated more than once for best director. (Her past gesture was for “The Piano.”)

Individual coordinating nominee Steven Spielberg additionally set another standard. As the producer of “West Side Story,” which acquired an aggregate of seven nominations, Spielberg has now produced 11 movies named for best picture, another record for the Oscars.

Denzel Washington broadened the record he already holds as the most named Black entertainer, procuring his 10th Oscar nomination for his exhibition in “The Tragedy of Macbeth.” (One of his nominations was for delivering.)
